Updates minutes from last meeting to removed from Maria fair name
Motion by Maria to accept minutes, second by Paul
Judy Dunn presented a plan to connect mt Sunapee to Sunapee town with a walking/biking trail along 103B. Paul suggested Rick Thomas, a civil engineer who may be connected at the state level where there might be some state dollars available. Judy would like guidance on who to contact? Recently Asplundh tree service widened the brush, this may represent the extent of the right of way of the state to build off the center lane. Committee members brainstormed ideas for contacts and organizations.
Christmas in the harbor update - rhonda Gurney Committee is investigating installing wreaths along route 11. Rec will donate a turkey trot basket for the silent auction. Craig will check on having trash cans in the harbor for the event. Need help with setup on November 30.

Fields update
Paul spoke of "SPNHF" letter from Ken Stearns that essentially yields jurisdiction to rec to do as they please in the spirit of the grantors.
Scott spoke to Dave Thibeault at MRA. They have put it put to bid to engineers to gather ideas.
Scott spoke to Donna, the town can enter a long term lease. Land would have to come out of town forest. This would have to be a warrant article.
Committee brainstormed ideas for fields.

Scott gave overview of revolving fund vs general fund vs budget
10/19/12 Scott presented to selectboard $2924.69 from the revolving fund to the general fund
Open gym begins 12/8 6-8pm until February break
Maria and Matt have formed a sub committee on policies and have begun work on developing the policies
Scott has received a donation $300 from the Sunapee Thrift fund. Scott will request selectmen to deposit it in the revolving fund.
